Saw this today - boiled Greek coffee leads to longevity. I immediately thought of the "sock" method of Dominican coffee-making, where they boil the coffee and sugar together before straining it. I wonder if it's the method rather than it being Greek coffee??

You've got no idea. They have a little convenience store below the big kitchen I worked at last Spring. They do over $8 million in sales over just the school year because they are right next to the dorms. A bag of chips, a jar of salsa, energy bars and a soda~ $15. Most Cornell kids have parents with deep pockets.
