The Alofoke generation at work... and Alofoke himself throwing a hissy fit after people started blaming it on his hidden loot promotion.
It's as if the CZ was renamed "la 42 de Capotillo" for one night: and out-of-control teteo and the resulting trash strewn all over.
Further detail of the transformation along c/ El Conde. This looks amazing.
Abstract and functional sculptures will be incorporated.
The view of c/ El Conde where it meets c/ Palo Hincado, puerta del Conde and parque Independencia. Notice c/ Palo Hincado will also be remodeled with new pavement and sidewalks (also levelling the sidewalk and the street), new street lights, notice the innovative crosswalk and a new teee line. What hapened of the General Francisco Caamaño?

That area should be the Piccadily Circle of the DR. lol Lots of electrocic screens covering the facade of buildings on both side of that intersection. Notice the bench on the left.

They need to add traffic lights for vehicular en sync with tradfic lights for pedestrians. Perhaps innovate by combining the vehicular traffic light with what ia used at RXR intersections (those would be PXP intersections?) such as in La Romana/La Altagracis where it lowers to impede traffic immediately before turning red. I think the DR will be the first with that type of lights. lol They should do the same at 2 or 3 intervals on the malecón too.
