I got a crown in santiago for $250. She was great HB sent me to her. Not in the same day first the tempory then the perm.

Mine was a seven day process if I wanted faster service I was quoted 1500 pesos but I was not made aware until I returned could have had it done in half the time. 1500 pesos would have been well worth it

Where did you go and was it the same price as the poster above you? So far Santiago is looking like the best bet.

I got a "temporary" crown in 1989. The dentist told what a complete crown would cost.

I called and cancelled the appointment and never went back.

That was 25 years ago. Still no problems with that tooth.

American dentists are hideously greedy.

Take Caribe Tours or Metro to Santiago, just a little bit over a two hour ride. From there it is just under a five minute walk to Dental Cibao. Just my two pesos but you will be very happy with the care and professionalism they provide. I hate going to the dentist but Dental Cibao makes me feel like I am just visiting family.
