It looks nice from the air. Must have been shot on an early Sunday morning. I can't believe how many high rises and apartment building in general the are in Naco, Bella Vista, and Los Cacicazgos.
I think in 15-20 years, SD will be full of high rises which leads more traffic! To think not that long ago there weren’t many highrises in SD. Like when DR1 was created..
I think in 20 more years even San Cristobal will be full of high rises.I think in 15-20 years, SD will be full of high rises which leads more traffic!
Well it's not rocket science. When you can't go out, go up. Just look at the world's metropolis regionsI think in 15-20 years, SD will be full of high rises which leads more traffic!
Yeah, No. Sorry compadre.I think in 20 more years even San Cristobal will be full of high rises.
I think in 15-20 years most of us woudn't be able to see this....I think in 15-20 years, SD will be full of high rises which leads more traffic!
Not only traffic but a huge strain on limited resourcesI think in 15-20 years, SD will be full of high rises which leads more traffic!
SD can barely handle the traffic it has now. The planning department(if one even exists), needs to severely restrict land zoned for high-density residential development. Does zoning even exist in the DR? Electric, water, schools, and hospitals all need to be considered before approving more high rises and high-density multi-family projects.I think in 15-20 years, SD will be full of high rises which leads more traffic!
Yep. Easy to say, difficult to imagine if one didn't live through those times. A major part of this construction started when Danilo won.It is amazing the changes from the late 80's (or even the 90's) to now.
Back then I remember a guy in the news saying the DR doesn’t have apagones, but alumbrones. lolYep. Easy to say, difficult to imagine if one didn't live through those times. A major part of this construction started when Danilo won.
Especially towards the end of Hipolito's presidency when the sound of generators could be heard everywhere you would go.
It's amazing how much work they've done amplifying that intersection over the years while keeping traffic moving. I've been going through there for over 30 years and I'm waiting to see what it all looks like once it's done.
