Not that you know me from a hole in the wall, but The recruiter (a good friend of mine) is a long term DR based business professional. This is a totally legit recruiting effort, and interviewing and hiring is progressing at a brisk pace with a lot more slots yet to be filled.

Seriously though, what's meant by "professional level" Spanish? None of the other languages are given this description. Does it simply mean "correct" Spanish?
I find it incredible that as soon as what seems to be a 'decent job paying decent money' advert is placed on these pages individuals choose to scrutinize the integrity of the poster and the validity of the job. Amazing.
With respect, why is that incredible? It was pretty vague. Then it says you only need apply if you have an excellent command of English and at least one other language, such as "North American/UK English".
Now it's all being vouched for by a few posters. There's nothing wrong with a little healthy skepticism.

Second, I was hit by the flu making the rounds but am back to work again.
Here is an update on languages I am looking for RIGHT NOW - Russian, French - Canadian, French - European, Portugese, German, Polish, Finnish, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Czech and Greek.

Quick update: we are on hold for hiring most languages while the client assesses their needs. In the meantime, I am hiring for shift coverage - meaning evenings / nights / weekends for the following languages:

Another update, we are still gathering resumes and interviewing for position February 1 2013 and onward. This is a work from home contract position. A Panamanian buddy of mine who lives in Scotland I passed this information on to him, he contacted them and got hired. He's very happy, his wife, Polish, has an interview the coming week. Have heard from several other people who work for them that they're very happy also with this job and the company.
At the moment more than 100 people from the DR working for them. Over the world more than 500 ... and they pay as promised...

CC got his resume reviewed and he is shortlisted for hire!!!! We are just awaiting a go ahead for additional hires. Let me correct some numbers: HIres in the DR - closer to 50. Hires world wide 248 in November alone. I will update additional stats as I know them. Happy New Year to all. It give me great pleasure to hire people here and pay them this kind of wage scale. We expect to hire thru to May of 2013!
