Excess Chickens and eggs

guess it also depends on price per pound and taste. I like the DR chickens better but the US chickens are pumped full of who knows what kinds of steroids and fluids and stuff so there is a lot more meat on them. So one roast chicken US feeds a lot more people.

that it what i heard .. that if you NEVER refridgerate them, eggs will last longer. A Peace Corps volunteer who lived without a fridge told me it was the same with mayonaise.. if you never put it in the fridge.
