Network that falsified Miguel Ponce vaccination card dismantled | October 28, 2021 Santiago. Police agents attached to the Dicrim in the Cibao Central Command of the National Police, dismantled a network that operated from a copy center that forged vaccination cards. The group, which was dedicated to falsifying these documents, was seized 26 falsified vaccination cards in the name of the same number of people. Representatives of the Public Ministry and inspectors from the Ministry of Public Health participated in the operation. Charito Mackenzie Francisco, an employee of the aforementioned establishment, was detained in said business and was seized with a black Dell-branded computer CPU, as well as 25 false vaccination cards. The acting authorities are working on the identification and capture of the others involved, who would benefit from this criminal action. Regarding the detainee and the occupied, they are in the power of the Public Ministry for the purposes of submission.

Your second post seems to immediately take the thread off-topic from your first post. Personally, I'm glad to see these people arrested for criminal activity. Forgery of anything is not a good thing.

They are quite related. TSA ruled the vax mandate stands. Forgery of vax cards can have consequences.

BUT, Almost nobody really cares any more about looking at vax cards to enter most public spaces. Those not wanting a vaccine will still need a forged vax card to enter at least some government buildings. So, when there is a motivation, forging will continue.

I can't believe there was enough of a profit incentive to justify the risk to the business and the liberty of the owner/staff.

Did anyone hear if the court/prosecutor decided to keep the owner locked up yesterday?
