Some members here who seem to know about Construction and Concrete , have explained that once the Concrete deteriorates, and crumbles , there is way too much effort and $$ Money involved in repairing it.Getting back to the topic...I would say many of these resorts if not all are more than likely not worth the effort of remodeling. The cost of remodeling, operations and maintaining them to make a profit is reason enough.

Ok, now I get it!Some members here who seem to know about Construction and Concrete , have explained that once the Concrete deteriorates, and crumbles , there is way too much effort and $$ Money involved in repairing it.
The Best Illustration is that Building in Florida which had Saltwater moisture Exposure and literally collapsed ..Concrete crumbled .
I guess they did not want to repair it and just took their chances, and lost .

But how the Bleep do you build a RESORT on top of Cliffs , with No Beach Access ? and think this is going to a Place people will want to Flock to , and look forward to visiting again in the future..
For what possible purpose , to b teased by the beauty of the Water, which you have no immediate Access to ?
