It's Massachusetts. He'll probably be back on the streets in a week, released with a voucher for dinner at Applebee's
Massachusetts has some of the strongest gun laws in the nation. Because he, Leonardo Andujar Sanchez, was in possession of weapons in Revere, MA., without having license he will definitely be prosecuted. Massachusetts has a mandatory sentence of 18 months for carrying a firearm without a license, a federal sentence is a minimum of 5 years. The possession of $750,000 worth of drugs will get him much more time behind bars. Suspect he will be headed to a federal prison. No Applebee's or Asadero Doña Pula in those places. It will be a long time before he will see the DR's sun again.

PJT

Blue Collar Town in New Jersey
according to their laws, there are no illegals in that cesspool that many years ago I called my home
Want to really get upset ,. watch the Documentary Video on U Tube ( all FACTS not Political at all ) about the Flea Bag Motels which were Purchased for like 20 cents on the dollar and quickly renovated , and some were in such poor condition, almost ready to be Condemned as they were so outdated and Old

. and then Magically they turned into $350 a Night Motel Rooms , at 100% occupancy all year long .

and if you as a Traveler are just looking for a Room for the Night , they chase you away ..

seems Some " Investors" are just really really Lucky in Mass .

So this Dudes "offenses " may be minor in the Bigger Picture

A Dominican man was caught in a shelter with drugs, $$$ guns. He was not listed as being in the shelter. They have no clue when he got there or how long he has been there. He was staying illegally with relatives who are legally at the shelter. He is being held without bail. It is not known yet if they will deport him or put him in jail in the USA.
hey could be worse could be like the other illegal immigrant that lit the lady on fire in the subway then started Fanning her to make a burn more quick that's a real psycho God bless that poor lady who died

Paying to go through the court system and jail him is a huge waste of taxpayers money.
Deport him and be done with it.
you can't do that MR windeguy because then everybody will go to the states and commit a crime and then know if they got caught they would just get deported back to their country..... LOCK HIM UP FOR 30

As I mentioned, it is a lose/lose situation. I don't want my tax dollars supporting illegals locked up in US jails. It is costly from $14,780 in Alabama to a high of $69,355 in New York annually.
