Jan I don't want to break your balls but if you really want to sell why wouldn't you want to talk about the positives in Juan Dolio. Maybe after you sell you might want to advise people what they are getting themselves into. You cant sell a home where you are putting the place down on the same advertisement.

...I have spend USD 15,000 on Google Adwords staying #1 for Juan Dolio and more than USD 2,000 in the most prestigious newspaper Listin Dario offering private finance to any possible buyer plus the PH is listed with over 30 agents worldwide not to mention that I alone have used 500 hours of my time emailing promotion material - BUT NOT A SINGLE OFFER DID I RECEIVE ...
