How about the new PRM deputy's brother in Monte Cristi folks have been complaining about for weeks?

Following the complaint made three days ago by the Somos Pueblo Media channel about individuals allegedly identified as PRM leaders, including the brother of the new deputy Yohanny Martínez, known as Charry, who were illegally extracting sand in the area, we are informed that they have now moved to Villa Elisa in Monte Cristi to continue committing the crime.

Does the Ministry have a do as I say and not as I do attitude.

One can bet there will be third parties who will extract from the rivers for their own profit under the Ministry's umbrella. Convenient loopholes? How this will be done are future media reports.
