Short wave I don't think so. I know a handful of the affiliates are on the web, but I haven't kept track of that in a long time. And since it's :30 or :60 weathercasts not a three hour show you have to listen for awhile and wait for the stations play weather. Every one of them has a different schedule.
If you really want to hear some just PM and I will try and dig up a few that are doing web broadcasts for you.

XR is correct. The term is not being used properly. I find it offensive that some people continue to use it even after they are corrected. If I am referring to another country incorrectly and someone points it out to me, I would start to use the term properly. The fact that many people are using it does not make it proper.
If people continue to use it, that to me shows plain arrogance and ignorance.

1) Some people accept that language evolves.
2) Some people are annoyed that language evolves. A subset of these people are militantly opposed to change.
3) Some people fail to understand that as a language evolves, by definition, the incipient changes are non-conformist.
4) XR writes weather reports for a living....and therefore he has a higher IQ, has higher SAT scores, is better educated, and has more money than the rest of us.....NOT!
5) Most people who use the term "The Dominican" know that it is being used improperly.
BTW... I don't like the term "The Dominican". I like correct grammar. Once its usage becomes accepted, it will no longer bother me.
