Where can I find the new entry procedures which are being introduced that replace the hand-written
entry forms. I understand that they require filling out an online form.
I filled it out online before my flight out of Newark last week. Most passengers filled out the paper version they were handing out, and the woman at the counter kept referring to it as a a "health declaration" or something like that. The paper version also had "salud" at the top but the e-version says nothing about health. Anyway, I just told the girl in Migration that I filled it out online and she waved me through without checking it.

I arrived yesterday to SDQ from New York. ( Dec 7, 2020) They give you form on the plane that basically states that you have not been exposed or have symptoms. You give this form to immigration officer. They also have machines that check your temperature upon entry to the airport.
Also, please keep in mind if you arrive within curfew hours you might not think ahead of how you will be getting to your destination from the airport. Taxis are operating as normal but UBER won't take you.
Hello, you can transit freely after curfew as long as you show authorities your flight ticket proving you are arriving that night. But yes, thats a good point to remember, Uber rides will be more difficult to find after curfew.

What about friends or family picking you up at a Dominican airport late at night. They would be subject to curfew arrest?

Just to share my experience. I arrived into SDQ from MAD a few days ago. The queue for the immigration line took two and half hours! Two fights arrived around the same time and there were only three immigration booths open.

I had printed off the paper with the QR code and was processed quickly

I may be wrong, but I don't believe any of the airlines going to the DR have anything to do with this. Only for the DR airports I would guess.

I would like WW to post what happened at Heathrow regarding this.

PUJ has the passport scanners.... that's what I want to fear about

9hrs 15 min flight..... about 7:30 tonite--- I drive to PUJ !!
Yuk !!

I had someone arrive yesterday. She had a printout of the barcode, waved it at immigration and customs collected it, they were all impressed that she had a printout and she was straight through. So I would advise doing the application on a computer, and printing out the PDF. Much less risky than having things on phones whose batteries may die, and we all know just how much DR folks love a bit of paper.

NO COVID TESTING AT ALL at PUJ, at least none that she could see.

Just spend 1 hour try to fill out the English version of the eticket. It is very frustrated when one or more fields does not work. I refreshed the form many times, and it fixed one field, then another field fail. It would not let you go to the next page, so I guess has to wait for a while and try again. Dominican technology at best.
