The Indians are going to take control, they are the smartest people in the world, and they are hard workers.Dominican universities do not appear in any world ranking and NEVER will. Low standards are the norm in the D.R.
The Indian Institute of Technology (ITT) has the lowest admission rate in the world, but I don't know why it's not ranked higher than the rest.
Year after year, students who are not admitted to ITT are able to attend CalTech, MIT, Cambridge, Harvard, Stanford...

The ranking really has very little to do with the quality of instruction and results of the students but more to do with how many of the academics have peer approved papers published, have PHDs, doctorates...etc.Dominican universities do not appear in any world ranking and NEVER will. If that is so, why is India an impoverished country with the majority of the country without basic sanitary facilities, 50% (or 700 million people) have no access to toilets. 25% of the country is illiterate even by India's standards. They have a backward agricultural system, even though they make half the farming tractors in the world, most are exported so malnutrition is rampant. The Indians are going to take control, they are the smartest people in the world, and they are hard workers.

Dominican universities (an oxymoron if ever there was one), dominican teachers (mostly with 5th grade education themselves), dominican government caring about their ignorant populace = 0 as they show year after year after year, most dominicans ( not the lighter skin elites who paid for whatever they do profes to teach in the pompous private schools). As long as no one in this country’s government cares..so goes the non-universities showing up on any list at any time. Very pathetic view of the future of this country’s intelligenceYes.
But my point is that ITT rejects hundreds of applicants yearly, and many of those rejected are accepted at the top schools in England and USA.
HOWEVER, ITT is not ranked near the top... not even close to the top.
Dominican universities have very low standards.
Consider:
INTEC students compete in a NASA program, and share a prize with a Tennessee high school in ONE category.
However, Dominican media announces that INTEC students "won the NASA competition" where "prestigious universities such as MIT, Harvard, and others, competed." Media personalities even suggested the government should pay for those students' Ph.D. studies.
I read Dominican newspapers, badly-written articles, and the authors claim to be graduates of journalism, as well as university professors. And they're not lying.
You are so wrong. Look at your own country first. If that is so, why is India an impoverished country with the majority of the country without basic sanitary facilities, 50% (or 700 million people) have no access to toilets. 25% of the country is illiterate even by India's standards. They will not control any part of the world if they can not control their own country
