Still poor service.

Still seeing longer than normal blackouts here. The excuse is always that they are repairing something, but it is really lack of payment for the fuel.

I am not sure if the results of the finally completed study will have any beneficial effect. Replacing the corrupt officials and having the backbone to force people to pay for energy is the only solution.

the same BS was happening last summer in POP (dunno about anywhere else), but apparantly that was because there was the election of the new president..(told by locals)...i wonder wats the reason now?????
