As far as I know, it is...

But you never know for sure until you see it at least posted with this type of biz.

It's that or Jade made them a good offer to take the spot?

But looking at the offerings, it's hard to imagine Jade and PFC having the same fare and client's taste buds...

I know that a company was given a contract to open a bunch of PF Changs in south america. First one in Chile but more to come in Argentina and Colombia. The same guys that have opened several in Mexico. Probably not the same company that was to open in DR. There is one in san juan and likely that company may have gotten contract for caribbean.

I am not really even a huge fan of chines food. I eat only NYC style chinese spare ribs, BBQ Pork with white rice and steamed or pan fried dumplings. In SDQ I eat at Chino DE Mariscos which is pretty good, but more options are always good.

Don't worry about yanadabadooo. . . .I have been living in DR for 10 years and traveling there for 12. His posts are pure entertainment.

As you can see, it's not 6 years in the making, but that there's LIMITED money to fix it all in one shot as many want...

Rome was not built in one day or one year or one decade...

Press like usual talking out of their rear ends!

They don't ask or investigate, they just make up stuff and type it away...

I agree with donP, Ringo and windeguy but as PICHARDO points out, what's the difference with the rest of the world. Obviously we all have our priorities wrong but who of us decides to not eat any churrasco anymore to give that money to a beggar in the streets?
