When I walk my dogs I carry a sawed off metal mop handle, rocks, pepper spray and a knife. There must be creative ways to cause problems for the Italian woman who is killing dogs without breaking any laws.

Where'd ya get the spray? I like the dead flower plan.

Hopefully the final update on this.........

Just returned from the fiscal & have effectively been told by the magistrate if anything happens to that woman in the future I'm going to gaol.

It appears that because I brought an official complaint against her I'm the ONLY person on the whole island who has a problem with her & am thus liable.

The moral of the story - seek justice where you will, just don't expect it in the obvious places.
