financing is available for you, I would not buy in Sosua, but you might very well be cozy in a 30thousand dollar condo

Not at all the point. You claim:

Maybe its time to buy some of those 25 and 30 thousand dollar condos that are for sale. There is a massive supply. Its really not that speculative since the transformation of Sosua is pretty much a done deal. Slap on a coat of paint and flip it. Who is in?

check out the countless real estate sites that have them

go to almost any real estate web site, I am guessing you are able, its not difficult

"decent" well that's another story entirely. I don't want to put the name out there but check almost any real estate/sales site and you will see cheap houses and condos galore. Some are so cheap that I cant see how the complex can function. Imagine a guy paying 30gs for a condo and then being asked for 3 or 4 hundred a month in hoa fees. I could see delinquency being a problem

Yet cannot give any examples....

I'm not saying that there aren't any but if you're going to make claims you should back them up instead of trying to come off all knowing and mysterious.

I've seen apartments that were available for sale 15 years ago for under 20k trying to be resold for $40k+ but they're still undesirable...and 15 years older....but no "massive supply" like your claim.

I wouldn't buy anyting from you lol...or in Sosua. It can be fun to visit butt..... ;)

I wouldn't sell you any real estate sir because that's not my line of business/product.
If you cant locate cheap condos for sale in Sosua its because you have not looked. The market is similar to Boca Chica.

franco111, just about any involvement by a third party with prostitution could be construed as pimping from those laws.

So you along with few others on this board AND a most honorable institution called the DR government all seem to be in agreement on your interpretation of what Pimping is.

That's a good enough group I think to be in agreement with. Pa'lante que vamos

The only thing that matters is how the DR government wants to express and enforce the laws as written, and not the dictionary definition of a word. Everyone is seeing examples of that over the past several years in Sosua, and that came to a head recently.

Pimping, promoting - whatever. They're both illegal. Elvis never took a cut from any of the girls money. He had an apartment building that he charged rent for the girls that were there and had a a bar/restaurant where mongers could meet the girls. Nothing transpired in the apartment in the apartment building. Take out service only. He kept a catalogue of all the chicas. I would call it more like "promoting". Either way, he got busted.

And as you can see, he still got busted and allegedly did nothing illegal. There is a reason he still got busted. As I mentioned above, this is not about dictionary definitions.

Like I said, I don't sell real estate. But from what I have been told, you're not buying anyway. Good luck.

Believe what you want but while you may be welcome to your opinion you refusal to back it up makes it worthless. ;)

And if you think you've been insulting with your silly jabs you're not even close. I've been insulted by "experts" here with nothing better to do than lie, believe lies and judge...with zero evidence let alone proof so, as I've "always" said about you....you've got nothing, naught, nada, zip, zero, zilch, bupkis!

Well, he might have thought he wasn't doing anything illegal, but he was "hooking up" chicas with clients and his apartments were for his chicas only. According to the law posted by franco1111, I'd say what he was doing was definitely illegal. Call it pimping or promotion - it's just semantics.

"DR government" and "laws" in the same sentence? WOW! Impressive!!!

They're not making that much off of YouTube, that's why they're all begging for money on GoFundMe and doing fake foods drives and stuff. I did a rough calculation for Miko's channel (active for about 9 months) and on average he's making 100$-110$ a month, and that's if YouTube is being very very generous with his channel (they pay based on video genre, where the views are coming from, viewer engagement, demographics...). He's sticking to Sosua because Sosua videos are generating views, but still not nearly enough to make a living.

PS. And we thought InSearchOfChicas crew were clowns hahaha.

One of the mods of ISOC used to post on DR1. He became positively infamous and not just for being a whore monger.

The article from Sosuaone was interesting. Apparently Sosua has not vaporized off the face of the earth as of yet as predicted by a few people who are likely to be members of ISOC.
