I noticed that there is a million $ housing development in Sosua. It seems very unusual to see something like that in a small, third world country, town. The people who live there are probably influential foreigners with a lot of clout regarding the situation here in Sosua.
A lot of Russian money here now and they are building multiple projects.

...As I said before My Daughter and grandson came to visit on the first of August....Sosua was their choice and they loved it...a return trip will be in November for them and Me...and about the police cracking down on the working girls, not happening... the town is evolving on its own and for the good....Doc...…..

I find it truly funny that SO MANY individuals seem to forget this IS NOT OUR COUNTRY OR OUR TOWN.. The people who call this place home and have for years have to endure the endless stream of obnoxious males and the Hoes they empower with their money. I couldn't imagine having a wife or daughter made to walk down these streets. It appears that corruption which empowers MANY things in this country to be the way it is is COMING to a head and I for one am interested in seeing just how it will unfold.

we did not invent the flesh trade in Sosua, its been here before us. As far as walking down the Sosua streets with family, If its Pedro C as I have stated, you are either lost or a loser for exposing a family to that. You also might not travel to LasVegas, Amsterdam, Atlantic City and Thailand, all are full of obnoxious males and hoes.

They go downtown to use restaurants (on Pedro Clisante), printers (on Pedro Clisante), butchers, computer shop (on Pedro Clisante) shipping company(on Pedro Clisante), schools for their kids(on Pedro Clisante), and on and on. Their sons and daughters work in Sosua. They don't want their families exposed to it.
It's really that simple.

It's about money...no more, no less. Everything else is just a distraction.
You are absolutely 100% on point correct, and investors understand this. The aspiring government is listening as well. Do not mistake the thought process, it will not happen overnight, but will happen soon. The next administration is going to be funded, in part, by these investors. Mongers should do some homework on seeking new horizons, preferably with shade trees. El Salvador. Honduras. Guatemala.
