It is with great sadness that I share the news that long time DR1 member and frequent poster William Webster has died. He was a friend and a true gentleman, and I will miss him. My condolences to his wife and daughters during this difficult time. May he Rest In Peace.

Sorry to hear this, may he rest in peace. Never met in person but always read his post.

A bit confuse is this the DR1 member that had skin cancer and had multiplied treatment?.

This is very sad news! I have to echo cavok here, he used to post quite a bit so was also wondering what's going on. I never met him personally either, but always read new posts from him and even exchanged some PMs, as he was a goldmine of information and always happy and eager to help. He introduced me to the world of mudanzas and gave lots of other very valuable tips and instructions... His posts also always followed the same kind of routine... Always enjoyed reading them...

RIP WW, sincere condolences to his whole family.

Never met him, but he settled in a great little seaside town and never complained about anything. He was a real asset to this board. RIP............

Sad news.
He told us he was having issues with a lump on his neck that he was seeking treatment.
Don't know if that was the cause but I was hoping he returned to the US to have it checked out.
Since he had not posted in so long I assume it was more serious than he let on in his posts.
Condolences to his family
