García highlighted this is a way for the state to facilitate information on procedures, timelines, transparency and the work at the Ministry.
Information on the country’s tourist attractions, as well for industry procedures such as licensing for hotels, gift shops, restaurants, tourism transport, and travel agencies, now will be available by calling the hotline.
More than 75 government institutions are already linked by the *462 helpline.
