The Chamber of Deputies passed, after a single reading, the bill that creates the Ministry of Housing, Habitat and Buildings (Mivhed). The bill merges the Office of Public Works Supervisory Engineers of the Presidency (OISOE) with the National Housing Institute (INVI). The bill had passed in the Senate to where it now returns after the deputies made amendments to the legislature.
