
Central Romana Corporation, the operator of the largest sugar mill in the Caribbean and Casa de Campo residential and tourism complex, reports the power and clearing of debris to restore the La Romana activities have enabled the fast return to normalcy at the complex. Central Romana says that within 24 hours of the passing of the storm, most situations were resolved. The Central Romana Corporation says that the efforts have included repairing roofs for employees living in rural areas that were affected by the storm.
