The Ministry of Tourism expects tourist No. 10 million of the year to arrive on Tuesday, 26 December 2023, most likely to Punta Cana International Airport. Punta Cana receives the most tourists.
During the November tourism statistics presentation, the Ministry of Tourism had announced that 859,853 visitors had come in November 2023, bringing the year’s total to 9,105,043. December stats need to be 894,958, for the country to break the 10 million mark.
