I doubt very much that Miguel Barleta and Jose Miguel Gonzalez need drug money to create this in the DR, less to link themselves to drug barons laundering cash here...

The building was designed by Dominican arq. Neiquel Filpo of Landamark Realty Corp...

Wait until the Mall is done with and then judge to your liking!

By far the most beautiful design of a shopping Mall in the DR and most of the Caribbean (may I even dare to include Miami?)

Is that Santo Domingo Motors next door?

Yes! just right across the street from IKEA, Agora Mall, Ferreteria Americana, Galeria 360, and soon Best Buy down the street in presently Diamond Mall. In the corner of Santo Domingo Motors is where the entrance/exit of the Line 2 of the SD Metro is located. Plans for underground walkway tunnels across the street are planned to that end.
