If my math is correct, you are missing out on a great D.R. bargain.

Pricesmart: 28.52 pesos per Frank - 59¢ U.S. ($4.13 per pack of 7 - U.S.)

.. Walmart: 30.72 pesos per Frank - 64¢ U.S. ($4.48 per pack of 7 - U.S)


A great price considering that´s an available in Santiago price.

But you have to eat 3 packages of them before January 6. Too much fat and additives for me in too short a time. Now if I were competing in a hotdog eating contest (God forbid) that might be another story.

Again, put them in the freezer. They will last a long time.

Exactly.  We don’t eat them often, so I freeze them into ziplock or 4 in a bag.  They cook up quickly, even from frozen state.

All I do is put all the packages in the freezer and open up one at a time. Takes me 5 minutes on a hot closed barbecue grill to cook. Guldon's mustard and heated sauerkraut and I am in heaven.
