Willie, I can almost guarantee, anybody that has spent a month in The Sewar, was robbed one way or another.

I was robbed by a wealthy expat on an electric bill right in El Neptuno!

Since this was my post originally was meant as a warning and I was mad, but it has deteriorated and probably should be closed.

Since I'm in the states for a few weeks I can let my guard down a bit.
After the initial texts of the incident, I asked more questions & found out the second girl, who then met up with my friend on PC, had just come from Western Union, so the ladrones probably followed her there (an old trick) - maybe Western Union is just too big a temptation and should be closed ? (tongue in cheek)
