Santo Domingo Weather Report

Yesterday was a weird day in Santo Domingo, with a cold windstorm -- sans rain -- sweeping through the city. Temperatures yesterday should have been around 20C (68F), but the sun was shining.
This morning started out as a gray one, but as the day advanced there are patches of sun. It still is cold, about 23C (73F) at 9:30 am.
Still quite windy, but nothing like yesterday.

Here In the US
Here in the east coast the weather is about 5 degrees F so it is pretty chili we have a snow storm so we are expecting about 24 in. of that white thing call snow so I can't wait to be in your country in feb. with that weather of 77F see you there.

Back after two weeks in Spain. May I say that despite temperatures that fell as low as -4C (25F) it feels colder in Santo Domingo than in Spain. This is so because my apartment and office are well ventilated and were built for airiness and not to keep the chilly air out. Of course, in Spain one goes around with sweaters and coats... Also, at least during the time that was in Madrid and Barcelona, the sun was shining brightly. Just one afternoon in Madrid was thrilled to see snow flakes falling.
Brought back a thermometer so I can read the weather at 9 am to post here more accurately. This morning was 23C (73F).

Again, those in Santo Domingo had to suffer through a very chilly evening, with temperatures dropping to 17.7C (64F) in the early morning. The good news was that there was a noontime high of 30C (86F). At 7 am, the temperature was 20C (68F), but this should warm up as the day advances. Blue skies are showing.

At 10 am, the temperature is 23C (73F). Clear blue skies, sun is shining. Don't have the max and min because did not know had to reset the thermometer, which did now. Would speculate the noon time temperature could go up to around 29C and the early morning drop to 18C.
Noontime temperature today is lower than I expected. It is at 25C.

At some time yesterday, the temperature did increase to 29C, as I had forecast, are reported in the max temperature by my brand new thermometer.
At 8 am, the temperature in Santo Domingo is 20C. But there are blue skies, so we could have similar noon time highs again.

If anyone was curious... yes that afternoon it did rain after several weeks of no rain, just because I mentioned the rain.
Weather has warmed up in Santo Domingo. This morning the low was 21 and at 11:30 am it is 28C. Yesterday, there was a high of 33C.

City awoke to a fog covering, but as the day has advanced, there are plenty of blotches of sun all over. Also, it is getting warmer and warmer. Quite humid. Would think it should move into 29C (94F+) or more today.
Right now at 11:30 am it is about 27C (84F)
