Double it and add 30 for a rough estimate. Gets less accurate as the temps rise.
We Canadians know both, thanks to Prime minister Trudeau.
Americans are the last place still hanging on to imperial.
Even your doctors use metric.
Values of ten, just makes sense.
Zero is freezing and 100 is boiling.
Silly americans .......

There is a sizable population in the US that would think going on the metric system would be Socialism. I'm not sure whether they are fools or just racist.

Thanks for the metric lesson Steve!
No pools to clean this time of year, I guess?

The rain outside has turned to freezing rain, with 4 inches of snow on its way, oh what fun! Not...

Anyone else feeling the cold?
I'm in my wooly socks and hoody on the sofa wondering why I still need the fan on. Coldest year I've been in the city. I'm positively frozen!

Well, very cold, almost have to put long pants on!

If it is this cold in the city I can only imagine how cold it is higher up. What's it like mountain dwellers?

Suck it up mary. It's probably in the 60s there.

I lived in FL for 2 years. OMG, those people do whine!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fur coats are out in 50 degree weather!!! hahahahahahahaha

In NYC, around March, shorts are already being worn in 45 degree weather.

Whoa! That's way up there. I've landed in S?NDRE STR?MFJORD, Greenland but never deplaned.

Now all you folks in DR complaining about the weather should count your blessings.
I just got back from DR on Monday and it's been rainy, dark & gloomy in Atlanta.
I barely got a peek of the sun today and it was 74 degrees here. That's 24 degrees higher than last Monday.

I miss EL SOL!

I have to say that I LOVE the cooler temperatures at night - means I have finally stopped 'glowing'.. don't mind if I have to wrap myself up in an extra t-shirt and not because the mozzies are biting, lol! So far, not too cold - just right here in PC...

no idea why people like to tell everyone they are cold when its still over 80 degrees, are they trying to convince people that they have aclimatized.

These are the same people who go around in jeans in the summer despite sweating and having thighs like raw meat

Yes I love it too. In pictures, postcard, videos, looking at new snow from my window but not so much when I have to go out in it.

At this age I don't think I would ever miss snow, ever!
