Plus how much to purchase the 4 tires then what are mounting / balancing costs? All in what's the total total and which tires and the size
And the convenience of local dealer support.

We get free rotation & balancing when we want (we do it every 6,000 miles), and free alignment once a year with the purchase.

Not to mention no hassle at all.

Wow. I paid $120 all-in.

I will say they are very good tires, solid and rugged, just what we wanted.

that's why I googled them - after your comments but I'm not $200 a tire guy.

As to service... pretty chep & they rotate me with my oil changes.

Example
I pass by the gomero regularly to check pressures - every month or 2.

Today, I had a flat.
My man pumped - I drove 4 minutes to the gomero.
Fixed in 10 more minutes
Home in 20 minutes all in -
100 pesos.

Hard to beat.

UPDATE

all 4 tires on and running...

Interesting Point
The 3 tires on Super Sale were identified as '2014 Production'... and there were only 3 offered .

I Googled tire shelf life and got 6yrs.... OK... these are a bit less than 4 yrs on the shelf.... early 2018

My installer gave me the car back y'day and mentioned how hard the tires were to get on the rims....
Hmmm, my detective mind cranked over....

I asked if all were difficult or just 3 ??
Just 3 , he said.

So, like all older things - flexibility and suppleness can suffer
Tell me about it !!!

Just thought I'd throw that out to all you tire hounds out there.

The 3 deep discounts were $96 each ... the 4th was $156 (+/-)
So it was a deal....

Now the refurb JVC car stereo for SIRIUSXm and back up camera - that's another story

In the heat of the Caribbean the tires should have been pliable. Do they ride OK ?

Ride beautifully.....
It's not the temperature - it's the age of the rubber, I say ....

STEREO STORY

At Christmas , I bought the new package for the new car...from Crutchfield =
JVC stereo w/ screen (refurb w/ guarantee)
Back up camera
SIRIUSXM receiver (free after $70 rebate and 90 free trial)
Wiring harness preassembly

Whole deal

Well,
the MU-X is the Asian model - Not USA/Canada
Wiring harness didn't fit ($28 down the drain) - new harness bought

All went well
Rear Camera = perfect
BlueTooth the same

But the unit wouldn't hold the time. wouldn't remember channel selections. wouldn't receive SIRIUS
Naturally, I suspected my trusty installer (my go-to mechanic in Nagua)

I called Crutchfield
The initialization screen came on every time '
Language selection, reset time, etc.....infuriating

They said no, not the install - a unit problem = send it back... money back guarantee

So - back to Nagua and pay for the uninstall to let my wife carry back to US for return.

By the time I finish installing & uninstalling the radios (new Pioneer on order from Nagua mechanic)
my refund will be eaten up.... $200 deep discount JVC refurb

Good news was a new dash faceplate was easily found in RD for the MU-X
Seems everybody swaps out old radios for the new ones w/ screen and rear camera.

Life in RD -- keeps you hopping !!!

As we say -
the hardest things are easy

The easy things are almost impossible
