saunders, do you understand what you read? nowhere, in any of the articles you have submitted, is any attempt made to establish whether or not there are institutional and structural factors which cause poverty, and whether or not people were poor BEFORE they had illegitimate children. show me a study that people were doing fine BEFORE they had illegitimate children, then drifted into poverty after. i have see no study that attempts to establish a dateline. i am searching for such a study, so if you find one, please inform me. i need no more studies to prove that illegitimate children have more inopportune life circumstances. that is not what i am debating. did you study sociology in college, or do you just assume that you have an inherent ability to have a better grasp of the subject than i do?

You are grasping for the rope but you are drowning. You are searching for a study of such a small number of rich Bast;;ds that no study was ever done, that why you are searching in vain. As the studies say the majority of illegitimate children are born in to poverty not in to wealth. Wealth usually begets wealth, as well as education. As with everything, there are exceptions.

poor soul. saunders, you are so slow witted, you do not even realize that you are helping my argument. see what you just wrote? the kids are born into poverty. maybe it is poverty that spawns illegitimacy. maybe not. i have to do more research. you do not, because you are so smart. again, did you study sociology in college, or are you just genetically smart enough to know more about this type of research than i do?

Duh, I already said that poverty and illegitimacy were linked, with poverty the main causal factor, with dead beat sperm donors a big part of that. You are the dud that was talking about PHD women having illegitimate children and therefore poverty not being a factor. Is not your community, as in West Indian, one of the communities where illegitimacy is a big issue.

the dud is you, for not being able to understand elementary analysis. nobody said that poverty is not a factor. THAT IS EXACTLY MY ARGUMENT. cobraboy attributes poverty to illegitimacy. you say that POVERTY IS THE MAIN CAUSAL FACTOR OF ILLEGITIMACY. do you see the difference, dud? one is a forward linkage, the other is a backward linkage. he attributes poverty to illegitimacy. you attribute illegitimacy to poverty. you should not attempt to pick up loads you are not strong enough to carry.

i have already visited the issue of illegitimacy in the West Indian community. the illegitimacy rate in Barbados is over 45%, yet it ranks #44 in the world, out of 198 countries, in per capita income. can you explain that?

You are as thick as you are hardheaded. Its like which comes first the chicken or the egg. They both are causal to each other. I'm sure you have the ability to kiss your own backside, with a circular arguement like that.

What's the income for the rest of the West Indies, and what is it for the illegitiment offspring? Very selective stats. Throw in some stats for Jamaica.

what difference does it make? if illegitimacy has different results in different countries, then it means that the results are occasioned by circumstances that are peculiar to the particular case study. this is pointless. you will not get this, and i have no particular interest in pursuing it further. if you think you are right, go ahead, and be my guest. knock yourself out. from your responses, it is obvious that you did not study sociology in college, and i did. why would a guy who spent years learning a field of study argue with a guy who never did?

it must have to do with the air up wherever these guys live. i get banned, cool out for a spell, and, as soon as i get back to the board, him and his puppeteer come running, looking for me, to start up all over again. i gave 100% trying to ignore them, but they have some bee in their bonnet. i guess that i have to take the abuse, since greydread seems to have gone silent.

Get your act together, hoodrat. Learn your place. The Jarabacoan Crusaders ride once again in the cause of righteousness. Fall in...or else.

I don't like the attitude the gorgon gets from the Trifecta. It's plain to see. Dislike my comment all day long.

learning my place , at this late stage in life, has been an arduous task, and the Crusaders have been very hard taskmasters.
