If the girls are seen hanging around the west end casinos and restaurants, maybe they will be arrested and informed that their chances of being left alone are better in the east end. That assumes, they leave the girls alone in the east end.

Yes this I understand. What I don't understand is the expats living on the other side of the island or who knows where, some even from New Yalk! crying for the demise of Sosua's main draw, when it seems to have nothing to do with them except for their religion or something.

You can, for a while at least. Use the CubaDave strategy with one of these clowns and they'll all disappear within days. Most of them never heard of CubaDave and his story so they clowning around, pick one of them and do it again. Then you'd see a few "Why I got arrested and deported from DR" videos, and that'd put the end to the clowning.

The main draw of Sosua is the beautiful beach.
I think most of us who live on the island would
agree we can do without the bad tourist behavior
while trying to enjoy it.
And exactly how would they track these people down? Perhaps any one they stumbled across would do.
And what laws would they use? I know, anyone they make up.
Just arrest a couple of Johns as they negotiate with hookers, while they are at it.
