I don't see a reason for someone to fabricate a story like this. It is most likely true.
It is absolutely true. They are taking a measured approach, but are very concerned and wary about living in a place where it's OK for a bus driver to terrify a 7-year old.

This person sounds like your typical "victim" to me. The bus driver may well have not allowed the kid to board the bus, but no rational person is just going to pick up and leave solely because of what a bus driver did on one day. There's more to the story than this.
There is no more to the story. A bus driver terrified a child he knows to be "not from here." DR-1's famous trolls always leap to impugn.

The Goal of all this is to spread as much fear among illegals as possible and it is clearly working.
I disagree.
The goal is to remove as many illegals as possible. It has nothing to with instilling fear in people. Said emotion is a byproduct of their directive.

Yes and no. Step 2 of the Deportation Plan is to fine everybody that employs illegals. They are talking about 25k per employee (first offense), 50k (second offense) and 100k third offense. If they really go through with this one, they will all leave voluntarily. Also "Catch and Release has already been canceled. If they arrest anybody for even a minor offense, they will hand them over to ICE (except some sanctuary cities). The Goal of all this is to spread as much fear among illegals as possible and it is clearly working. I just came back from NY (Manhattan) and all the guys that sold stolen goods in public view on the streets are gone. And NY is one of the sanctuary cities. I don't even want to imagine how illegals feel in Mexico o Florida for example. Bottom line: The Good Times are truly over for Illegals.

They can all thank you know who ...

Cuz as was mentioned Before , OBAMA Did his Share of DEPORTATIONS ,when they were warranted .
Hillary CLEAR as Day in one of her Speeches " If they are criminals , DEPORT THEM ALL"

Its not a ONE Party issue .. its a National Security Issue,

Bill Clinton, Hillary , Obama . .ALL surrported this exact thing . bur they did not have to go HOG WILD , cuz the borders were not wide open.

Only BIDEN and his Admin decided to leave the back door Wide open and that is exactly why we have this Mess now .
So thank them .

Dont blame the Janitor with the Mop .. Blame the person who went all Monkey in the Store and broke everything .

I dont think its even MATHEMATICALLY POSSIBLE to remove all Illegals.
I dont thinks its even possible to FIND all the Hard Core Criminals , gang Bangers and repeat offenders .

there will be Collateral arrests and such, but they can NOT Take the focus away from the Criminals FIRST , or this whole thing will be shut down .

There is ZERO chance that a Migrant Worker , with a Work visa Picking Lettuce , will be arrested in the Fields while working on a Farm
ZERO Chance .

well well well....... let's see how much "in favor" the Dominicans in the DR will be when we get the estimated 13,000 Hard Core Criminals returned to the DR.
You are aware the US deports thousands of Dominican criminal every single year, right? By now it has been happening for a few decades.

Absolutely.
Even the Dominican Ambassador to the U.S., Sonia Guzmán is speaking about it. This is nothing new.

Obama is estimated to have deported 3 million illegals. That's a lot! It will take a long time for that record is surpassed.

What if they gave illegals the chance to legalize through a fast track process ? For instance Dominicans like the young woman described above who is working and started a family.

Nope. That would encourage people to enter illegally. Not a good idea at all.

If people are terrorized by being illegally in a country, well, they should be because they are illegal.
The goal is to deport them, but terrorized is simply a result of being illegal and realizing what will happen.

It will be virtually impossible to delete all illegals since the numbers are vast. No reason not to do the best job that can be done.

Exactly. Case in point is my Haitian kid here illegally (not now, but hopefully Saturday). He's a prisoner in the house. He has to drive with the windows up to avoid detection. He always carries a few 1000 pesos for bribes. This is no way to live and hopefully we're gone soon.

There are thousands of kids in Haiti who would love to be in his shoes. Although not the best circumstance, it's certainly the lesser of two evils.

There is currently movement to try and create a process to legalize or fast track some..................BUT..............and a big but..............they must first return to their country of origin. How this all plays out on those who now have children born here and those children are US citizens will be an interesting story.

The cartoon circulating is of illegals going home by plane to wait for fast track applications to be processed, and President Trump grinning and standing at an airport saying "fooled them."

Know that the current ICE raids are just one tool in the toolbox and that other measures aimed at identifying illegal immigrants quicker are currently being put into place.

reward criminals, no thanks!
Just because I post the idea doesn't mean I am into rewarding criminals. I actually had legal recidency the years I lived in the DR. Now I am considering renewing in case I move back some years. I don't understand the expats living in the DR without legal residency.

So it has been considered. It wasn't so far out then. Seems reasonable they should go back to their country of origin to start that process. That would at least be an option for someone who wants to try and do the right thing.
