He simply can’t be returned once in a US state or territory unless the DR ask for him to be repatriated for a crime. From Puerto Rico he was going to one of the USA states yes or yes.
If he was to return later this year or next year, yes that might be the case.
If he returns in a decade, Dominican media isn’t that crazy… Maybe an article appears in the Listín Diario that he spent a few days in such-and-such place in the DR and it appears after he is long gone.
