Well I just helped someone fill in the form online and it was easy, produced a PDF which we then printed out. If it works then it will be 1000 times easier than trying to fill in a lot of forms on a plane.

Agree about Ilumel but the stuff is very expensive for what it is. I have been there taken photos and had a copy made in better wood for half the cost. But I do accept that I'm really into design, speak Spanish and love mooching around Villa Consuelo. Ilumel is very much first world.

The issue is what they call contestability as well. In DR there is less traffic on the lines, so you get a far better result. Although lines can carry traffic faster in the US, there is a lot more traffic to carry. It's like having a smaller road with less traffic compared to a 7 lane...
