El COE hab?a anunciado que el operativo por el feriado se denominar?a “De la reconciliaci?n y Valores Semana Santa 2016”, el cual iniciar? este jueves 24 a las 2:00 de la tarde y concluye el domingo 27 a las 6:00 de la tarde. El director del COE, general Juan Manuel M?ndez, explic? que la prioridad ser? atender cuatro variables fundamentales que son intoxicaci?n alcoh?lica, intoxicaci?n por alimentos, accidentes de tr?nsito y asfixia por inmersi?n o ahogamientos.

So I'm thinking. If the police kill the guy that ran over 2 cops and killed one in Bavaro, does his death count in the pool. I think it should as his death would be a direct result of an accident even tho its a justifiable homicide.

accordingly to the press the driver is a minor, he was learning how to drive. he gave himself up.

COE only counts accidents and drownings.

Bragging rights and shame from the other members whose morals are higher. DV8 said she would buy me a beer when I won the Christmas pool but we never had a chance to meet due to time restrictions and family commitments
