More then a little stress for me and a big inconvenience moving stuff from outside inside and trying to keep the water coming through the windows under control. a long Power outage didn't help maters. power just went out here again a minute ago. With two potential storms in the Atlantic moving west, I don't want to move everything back outside only to have to move it in again in a few days so the house is a bit crowded.

I've changed my opinion. For me and where I'm located, Maria was worse, but for the DR in general, Isaias is much worse.

A friend of mine here in Jarabacoa , his wife is from Hato Mayor. She says there are approx 700 families flooded out of their homes. She has a number of other videos.
