Marc, you tell Ted he has had an impact on how I teach this part of history. Also, when I was in Brazil recently, I told everyone I was Canadian.

And the beautiful thing about all this Canadian/American stuff is that our country's celebrations are almost on the same date, so we get to party, no matter what. (Canada day being on July 1, of course)

Ok, in celebration of the 4th of July and Canada Day we are having a party on the closest Saturday night to both which is on the 3rd of July.
