In order to get married in the Dominican Republic, a man and a woman must be of a certain minimum age (16 for men, 15 for women), be legally eligible to marry, and be entering into the marriage contract of their own free will. I'd be willing to bet that most of the "Fat, old, white or black, guys that travel the world looking for underage sex victims have long since given up on any hope for a seriously stiff prick.

It's simple. When Dominican citizens turn 18, they get a cedula (ID). If you meet them wherever, and they can't produce their cedula, then walk away and don't look back.
