Roger Brule and his friend traveled over 1000km's on their scooters...all the way to the south-west coast of the DR and back to Cabarete...on a scooter. A scooter!!

Yesterday, Frank Wilman and I drove our motorcycles up to Montana Redonda. What a climb that was. We only saw trucks with chains climbing up to the top. The views are absolutely stunning from the top. I read that the climb is over 1000ft.

The day before yesterday, Frank Wilman and i drove to Los Haitises national park and stayed the night in an Eco lodge, "Paraiso Cano Honda." It was great, and we ate a lot of fresh fish, drank a lot of wine, and told a lot of stories. The next morning, we took the tour around the national park. I hadn't done the tour in over 14yrs. It was just as exciting as it was 14yrs ago. A lot of fun!

Hey Frank seriously, how did you get to take pictures at the cuevas de las maravillas?

On my visit the tour guide was very adamant and commanded everyone NOT to take video nor pictures and kept checking to ensure compliance at all times.

Did you buy yourself a way around this?
