EDENorte North Coast: Electricity Outages & Restoration Announcements

Yet another power outage in Cabarete. We were out when it happened, but I suspect it has been off since about 11:30 AM. Edenorte says it should be back on by 6 PM or earlier today.

It feels like it's getting worse. I wonder if it has to do with all the developments lately requiring more power

Yet another power outage just after 9 AM today. No scheduled maintenance for Cabarete, but it is called maintenance by Edenorte in Sosua and Cabarete.
No hour given for when the so called maintenance will be over and power restored.

Power just came back on the east side of Cabarete. No idea what circuit that is(?).

Power out in Perla Marina at about 08:15 AM Monday 28th - not sure if this is just Perla Marina or more widespread. Circuit SOSU101

I'm on your circuit and no issues currently for me. Later on my be a different story. The Edenorte virtual office site will not load for me so I can't check the circuit status for you.

No issues yet today on CABT102.

So far tonight, the power has gone off-and-on 3 times in the last hour and a half. I don't think there's been one day in weeks that the power hasn't gone off at least once(?).

With all the development and no increase in infrastructure, I fear that things will get much worse before they get better.

Off here too in Sabaneta (SABY 101 and SABY 102)

CABT102 off at noon. Edenorte says they are working on it.

Last evening power was glitching off and on about 6 times after I returned from a gig at El Choco about 9 PM. Perhaps there has no been enough
"maintenance" to prevent such outages, eh?
