Gonna be rough opening a restaurant during low season... all the snowbirds have flown back home.

that's right, we start Condominium Low Season soon.
on the other hand, when you make it at the beginning thru the slower months with mostly just the year around expats in Bavaro, to establish a small regular clientel, then starting mid november you will run upwards steeply to enjoy a full lengthy season til next summer and know that you will alos be fine during the slower time of the year.

It's called Pranama, and the address is Plaza El Dorado, Los Corales. It's open in the evenings and according to some friends who live nearby it's excellent. I've PMed the OP for more information and hope to try it soon.
