Speaking of the front desk in this place you have a better chance of finding the body than anyone that can speak English.............

This is the CORE of the Case .... as some of us have said til we are blue in the face.

WHEN ONE IS INNOCENT OF ANY WRONG DOING , ONE TELLS THE TRUTH, ONE SHOULD NOT CARE WHAT IT"LOOKS LIKE" to a Front desk Clerk or Security

This dude cared more about GOING BACK TO SLEEP and not having his Day disrupted, than the Life or even whereabouts of this Girl

HOLEEE Jeeesus are you people for real ?
Think again carefully about what I wrote. Nobody is going to watch someone drowning and just lay down and go to sleep. That's absurd.

Can you imagine being questioned over and over again, for hours. Then on top of that you are in another country where English is not the "official language".
Being questioned over and over again for hours is exactly what happens in an investigation like this. In the US, the entire beach would have been declared a crime scene and many, many more folks would have been brought in for questioning.

I guess my point is, being questioned over and over, in another country, no family, no support. I think you know what I mean.

Who was Ribes roommate? Was it the other guy he was with that night? Maybe he let him in the room(?). If the maid recognizes you, the maid will will let you in.

You're starting to make zero sense again. This has nothing to do with ethics.
Sorry Cavok if I wasn't making sense. Perhaps I misworded my thoughts. If you feel this is an instance where it is justified not to notify the proper parties, then you and I live by a different code of ethics.

sometimes when the police interview here they beat you into telling a lie just to make them stop.
I really think this kid is innocent the only thing he is guilty is is trying to get laid if that's a crime.
and from the photos of her and him It looks like she was happy with him.

Your not in Kansas anymore Dorothy
He had two lawyers present and neither them, he or his parents have alleged any beatings or forced answers. It's a toss up absent any witnesses or evidence on whether he did anything nefarious.

But he did NOT Confess to anything,

So how much could he possibly have been " beaten" ( someone literally just said that)
or even coerced ??

They Coerced him into changing his Story ?
well I will tell you this you would not be the one who's in the room getting questioned trust me it's no joke

NOT Reporting a DROWNING is ETHICAL to you ?

What School and what Branches of Philosophy did you study ?
I can tell that Ethics and Logic were 2 that you definitely Skipped
Reading comprehension is essential. I said watching a drowning and then going to sleep w/o helping her and reporting it is not normal. If he saw her in distress as suggested, what would be normal would have been for him to immediately report it. Sheeesh!!!

well the perfect outcome for the Tourist Mafia and police here would be that this kid did it an American killed one of his own on the beach but I don't believe it
For sure, as a side note some other American suspects do things and get away with it including just last month, it may just have to do with how fast one can get to the airport putting them out of reach of the system. They may have to release him soon, nothing concrete seems to be sticking so far besides suspicion.
I will guarantee you this kid got beat
If he did, he ain't telling, yet the world is watching (no easier way to get out of it quick than by promptly exposing beating/duress etc)

Ethics? When I was looking at the start of this thread for your post that you claimed never happened before I found it I saw at least 5 posts stating the guy delayed being interviewed for TWO DAYS. Which was a blatant lie................You can look it up too...........
