Don't they all allow guests as long as you pay for them?

They made me pay for my sister! I'm a woman. My sister has the same last name as me and we look like sisters. --- so it's not just a hooker thing. We don't look like hookers. My mother had to pay for my sister the week before as well. This was at the Sofitel.
