I suggest you turn off the receiver and turn it back on. Also, check you have the latest release 1.50.3 file on your nfusion: MENU - INTERNET - S/W UPGRADE - S/W VERSION CHECK
If your version is lower than 1.50.3 download an update from your nfuson, or manually and load it via webloader (you can get the files via a link below).
I also suggest you this forum, the most relevant authority on anything nfusion:
Nfusion Forums FTA Forum
P.S.
If you have to load the newest file (e.g. your version is lower than 1.50.3) you should follow the instructions on the forum above --and here--
http://www.nfusionforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=21695 --- and reset to factory default, reboot, load U38 factory file, reboot, reset to factory default, load 1.50.3 file, reset to factory default, rescan both satellites (separately) and save.
Also if you use DISEQ (two Dishes or TWO LNB's, meaning you get bot 110 and 119 satellites), save your DISEQ settings (Diseq 1.0, Diseq 1.1, Multi Switch) under MENU - INSTALLATION - ANTENNA SETTING for each satellite (by selecting 119 W and 110W in the "Satellite" area under the Antenna Settings above)
IF, and I say IF, your version is 1.50.3, do not reload anything on your box. Just do a factory reset MENU - SYSTEM SETTINGS - FACTORY DEFAULT, and rescan. WRITE DOWN YOUR DISEQ SETTINGS, and your INTERNET SETTINGS under MENU - INTERNET - NETWORK INFORMATION. Also make sure your proxy is turned OFF (under MENU - INTERNET).
Also make sure that under MENU - USER SETTINGS you have the following:
LO Freq: 11250
22KHz: OFF
Autoroll: OFF
Emulator: OFF
Motor settings: OFF
LNB power: ON
Primary Channel: Dish network --on Solaris/Phoenix (or "DN" on Nova/Nuevenio boxes)
If you have not mastered your nfusion controls and are afraid to "mess" things up by doing factory reset, just rescan both satellites - MENU - INSTALLATION - ANTENNA SETTING (select satellite 110 or 119 and the SATELLITE field) and click on Search Channels / CH ALL SEARCH under the same ANTENNA SETTING) and after the rescan is done, save.
You have to repeat it for both satellites, first by selecting 110W in the SATELLITE field (under Antenna Settings) make sure 110W says also in the square box to the right, after you rescan on 110W, select 119w under Satellite box, make sure 119 W says also in the small box to the right, then rescan, and save.
After that, power off your nfusion, power on, and you should be all set to go.
