Well this sounds like a really good excuse Malibook!!! The cast is off and after some physio, I am back on the dancefloor - just not up to full strength yet...

So with limited ability to sun dance I managed to get us almost a whole day of sun. By late evening we had a bit of rain but it was soooooooooo nice to see the sun.

Today we had sunshine most of the day and higher temperatures. It was over 86F today. Now the clouds are looming but hopefully it will just be a little shower.

We have SUNSHINE! Yeah. Bright blue skies, 83 F and a nice light breeze. All my fingers are crossed that this weather stays for the next week.

We have had some clouds roll in but we still have some sunny patches. I will keep you posted......

Good morning - we have beautiful blue skies this morning! I can hear a lounge chair calling my name! Rats, I have to work.

It is 83F and we have a very light breeze. I checked the satellite loops this morning and I think it should stay nice.

Thursday April 5

Good morning, another day with bright blue skies! We have 83F and no breeze at all this morning.

While DR1 undergoes it's server changeover, I hope my weather reports are uninterrupted.

But in case it is - I will report for the whole weekend now.

Friday - sunny with bright blue skies.
Saturday - sunny and hot with bright blue skies.
Sunday - sunny and hot with bright blue skies, occassional bunny sightings....

Good morning, we have some very high clouds today, nothing threatening. It is 84F and we have no breeze at all.

It is the type of day where you think you are safe but you can get badly sunburned. Wear your sunscreen!

I guess I should say good afternoon today....... We have some high clouds at the moment with lots of sunny breaks. It is 86F with almost no breeze at all.

Last night we did have a bit of rain but it didn't last long.

Sunday April 8

We have a stunning day, perfect for Easter Sunday. We have bright blue skies with just a couple of big old fluffy white clouds, it is 84 F already adn there is no breeze. I am headed to the pool with my sunscreen, towel and I am hoping a pool boy will bring me a drink.

Monday April 9

Good morning. Well the sun is hiding behind some clouds today. It is very hot and humid and there is no breeze at all!

Yesterday stayed very nice until 7:45 and then we had torrential rain for over an hour, then it cleared up again.

Wow did it rain yesterday afternoon here! Near my apartment we had torrential rain for over an hour. Here is what is interesting: downtown Puerto Plata did not get that rain! It is probably 1 KM or close to half a mile away and they got nothing.

Today we have mostly sunny skies with some high clouds. It is hot already and humid with almost no breeze at all.

Looking at the 10 day forecasts looks like the wather is going to turn sour again. Hope this isn't so. We go in 16 days and am praying for some glorious weather.

Good morning again, we have another really nice day. Today I can count a few clouds but the skies are mostly blue. It is 84F and we have a light breeze.

Yesterday stayed beautiful. Late evening I went out to enjoy some music and a cuba libre. We sat outside counting the stars!

Planner what time is it about in the DR when you give your report and the temps as i am from the uk there is a time difference
