Codetel have a report and credit system, so just constantly test the speed and if it goes low keep submitting service reports and claiming credits.

Post the speedtest.net results. Use their copy to forum function that I posted above.
After the test they have a button that say's "Copy Forum Link".
Click this button and paste the code direct into a message on the board,
it's a very easy to use process.
