El Batey, Los Cerros, Charamicos, Sosua Abajo, Maranatha, Bella Vista, Los Castillo, La Union, La Liberacion and many many more little villages from CMC to near the airport.
Forgive me as I find it confusing when the likes of Sosua Ocean Village is really in Cabarete. For all I know you are going to tell be that Cabarete is part of Sosua.
Pola and CMC are not in Cab ...even though name is CMC Cab.. it like this Sosua Ocean village name but in Cab.... I will pull out my vector map and post it , shows just need inspiration to find now..

This was discussed extensively in a thread several years ago with the exact delineation of the Sosua borders referenced.
Both Cabarete and Sabaneta are municipal districts within Sosua.
Makes perfect sense. Must make governing the area rather difficult.

Yes, there are a few small hotels open but occupancy in most is low. The biggest hotels, such as Casa Marina, are not likely to open until the winter season and Bailee, the busiest restaurant by far, is not likely to open until then, either.
Jolly Roger and the restaurant next door are open, but mainly to serve their regular, local clientele.
A few mongers on the street does not mean the town is really open.
And you are correct 2xW. That's why the police are never around, they're always "on patrol" in Payita

At Detrás del Rumor, Fabio took a drive through Sosua at 4:30 just before quarantine.
The town looks less than appealing or vibrant for tourism.
A sad statement of current times.
Dominicans are suffering.
As to local situations, I just talk to my family daily and friends all of who live there or in the area.
