Both theUSA & Canada have admitted that they had no scientific advice for locking down

Just political posturing
And listen to RFK expouse on Ivermectin and Hydrixchlorquin.
There were so many people saying yeah they're effective but Big Pharma crushed them. Tried to make laughing stocks and ruin careers of anyone trying to help with alternative treatments.

Sad that money controls the truth from being spoken.

So It was the Science .. ??.
The Black Plague of 1918 pretty much disappeared after two years - much like covid. There were no vaccines then. No lockdowns either.
The Black Plauge was actually 1346 to 1353.

But IINFLUENZA of 1918 , Yes killed many by 1919, died off, then spiked again in earaly 1920
and then by mid 1920 the Danger was pretty much GONE completely

Ill take IMMUNE SYSTEM for $1000 Alex

I guess it was the LACK of Science ... ?.

Funny and COINCIDENTAL that they BOTH seem to work exactly the same , in 2 years or so .

Correct. It was erroneously called the Spanish Flu - even though it didn't originate in Spain, and it wasn't considered racist back then to name a flu after the place of origin. After 1920, symptoms were said to resemble the common flu - much like covid now.

My grandmother lost both of her little sisters during the Influeza outbreak of 1919., I visit their Graves each year in the Bronx .. St Raymonds Old Cemetery ..
.. I dont think they had Fox News Back then ..

And During Covid, I know several Friends who lost their Parents, or Monther and Aunt ... Usually in A Nursing Home.
Yes Many People died .
The Vaccines prevented none of it ... what was going to happen , Happened .

Its sad that some of you are so Shallow that you STILL have learned nothing and think some people only speak only about what we saw on some SHEIT ass News Station ..
if its CNN, or Fox, or NBC .. same garbage ..

This " Exact same Opinion" you speak of is Called REAL HISTORY ... pick up a Book and Join the Club ..

Tell me Polio just "disappeared" by itself also......The Salk Vaccine had nothing to do with that one also....Funny thing I just found out that the Earth is flat. Never knew that until I learned it on the internet.................But keep posting, you have plenty of cronies that believe this crap..........

I would worry about Covid or the vaccines at this point folks. What’s done is done and side effects from the vaccines were expected if you took the time to read the risk assessment data. There are bigger issues on the medical horizon.

People are now reporting serious medical and mental issues including suicidal thoughts with the overuse of Ozempic for weight loss instead of diabetes control. Proof that some people’s vanity has the potential to kill them long before a disease does. Don’t blame this on Big Pharma. Blame it on stupidity.

Polio hasn’t disappeared. Neither has tuberculosis and other diseases we though had disappeared. Mass migration of unvaccinated refugees is spreading these diseases worldwide. Even the old STD’s are still with us and increasing worldwide, despite the availability of vaccines.

How many deaths did the polio vaccine prevent?

Since 1988, more than 18 million people can walk today who would otherwise have been paralyzed, and 1.5 million childhood deaths have been averted thanks to the polio virus.

You think the Salk Vaccine was not effective? Wake up and turn off your Cable News Network....

I wasn’t disagreeing with your post. I believe vaccines are an effective way to limit the spread of disease and save lives. My point was people ignoring vaccinations are still spreading diseases today. Disease we thought were eliminated in developed countries.

I followed the science and was fully aware of the risks I was taking getting my Covid vaccine shots. I have no side effects and haven’t had Covid. One of my friends almost died despite the fact he had all his shots and contracted Covid. One of my good friends who wintered in Costambar contracted Covid on a repatriation flight and died about a month later back in Canada. No vaccines available at the time. If a vaccine had been available, he might still be with us. The value of vaccines is self evident. It’s the reason we grew up healthy.

I don’t watch CNN. Too much US political news.

There are reports surfacing of noticeable increases in diabetes (type 1 & 2) following either a Covid Sars 2 infection or after receiving vaccines.
Diabetes is serious for long term health and this alone would prevent me from ever administering this vaccine to children. I think the anti-vaxers are making more sense every day.
Natural immunity, rest and a good diet may be the best long term approach towards warding off viral infections.
How stupid the sheep of the world (humans) were not to kick forcibly against the pricks in power.
Remember this history next time some arsehole tries to dictate vaccinations.

funny that in countries without vaccines and intubating in hospitals the incidence of Covid deaths was actually less

I’m cautious about my health, especially as I age. I’m analytical by nature and spent my career in a scientific field. Before getting my Covid shots, I researched the risks as much as I could.

All vaccines since we started using them carry a degree of risk. If 5 people in 100,000 encounter serious risks, some would say the risk to the general population is low and justifies vaccinating the masses.

I agree personal choice should be the ultimate arbiter. Get vaccinated and accept the risks or don’t get vaccinated and accept the risks. Doesn’t matter what you do Bill. Risk will always be a component of your decision.

I'll never get another covid vaccine.. it gave me psoriasis. this is from a study on the national institute of health. COVID-19 vaccination may be a triggering factor for psoriasis, indicated by the short intervals between vaccination and psoriasis onset in the absence of other significant factors. The potential for vaccines to trigger psoriasis has previously been suggested for other vaccines, including influenza, rubella, Bacillus Calmette-Guerin (BCG), tetanus-diphtheria, and pneumococcal polysaccharide vaccines [50, 6467]. The development of psoriatic skin lesions involves various mechanisms. Koebner phenomenon, a characteristic development associated with psoriatic skin lesions, may occur at the site of skin injury associated with vaccination. IL-6 can be induced by various components, such as mycobacterial heat shock proteins, and the diphtheria toxoid present in BCG, tetanus-diphtheria, and influenza vaccines has been linked to the production of Th17 cells, which can further aggravate psoriasis [65, 66]. In our study, no specific vaccine type was associated with a higher rate of new-onset psoriasis, but a large number of psoriasis flares was found after mRNA vaccines, including the Moderna and BioNTech/Pfizer vaccines. The most commonly administered COVID-19 vaccines rely on adenovirus vectors, mRNA, or virus-related proteins, which can trigger Th1 and Th17 responses [1, 50]. The increased production of TNF-α and type I interferon (IFN-I) by CD4+ T cells and plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDC) may also play roles in psoriasis activation [6870]. We found that a large number of patients (23%) experienced psoriasis flares following the second vaccine dose. In addition, three patients in the new-onset group (9%) and seven patients in the flare group (3%) experienced psoriasis episodes after both the first and second vaccine doses. Only one patient in the new-onset group (3%) and six patients in the flare group (2%) experienced psoriasis events after the first vaccine dose but not after the second vaccine dose. However, we could not define any specific factors able to predict the occurrence of a psoriasis event due to a lack of detailed information provided by many articles. Further controlled studies are warranted to unravel the relationship between COVID-19 vaccines and psoriasis, including identifying the potential underlying immunologic reactions.

Kind of hard to get advice from a doctor when everything, including doctor's offices and hospitals were shuttered during Covid. couldn't even get heart surgery if you needed it, so how would you expect them to open doors for 'advice'?
