Finally after months stuck at 55, Banco Popular is now giving 56.45 for online banking. Conversion dollars to pesos.

In Bávaro there are 2 local cambios giving 57.5 (Dec 29/23)

Am I high? Google DOP to USD is saying the exchange rate is at 33.20 Pesos to 1 USD… Everywhere else is saying it’s over 58 Pesos to 1 USD… Is there a glitch on google, or did I miss something?

I exchanged in Jarabacoa at the Cambio across from the BHD for 57.75.

I just changed with Banco Santa Cruz, 57.70 so it must be a glitch...but when I saw that on Google it did take me back to 2004 when the pesos went from around 60 to 25!!!

I am 400 km away from my Banca in Bavaro, up in the Cibao moutains, but I am sure i would get way over 58 there right now.
after the weekend I will have to exchange and await at least a 58.50 pesos per dollar US.
You are looking up something very wrong, maybe you looked up mexican pesitos or something that way.
Happy New Year, the 58 margin was well passed in the old year.

No way.
Here a screenshot of the Interbank exchange of right now, which is usually a full Pesos below of what I get at my Banca in Bavaro.

57.75 at CaribeExpress Sosua today@3:00pm. Google does show it at 33.20 though. Strange.

Darn, bad timing from my side.
After it's absolute High on Sunday and into Monday/yesterday, the US Dollar went a tad bit back down for today.
Today I get just 58.25.- Pesos at the Casa de Cambio Plaza de Brizas in Bavaro/PC.
It is only a $3.000.- exchange.
